Course content includes:
The role of the Paediatric First Aider
Assessing an incident
Activating the emergency services and identifying the need to call 999
First Aid kits and accident reporting
Recovery Position
Adult, Infant and Child CPR
Use of an AED (defibrillator)
Drowning
Choking
Bleeding and shock
Burns and Scalds
Certification:
Upon completion of this course, students will receive a standard Tumbledown Training. Level 3 RQF available for an additional £10 per head. Both are valid for 3 years and come with a manual.

Requalification:
In order to retain their First Aid qualification, students will need to attend another 6 hour course and receive certification for a further 3 years.
